ULN2004A is a high-voltage, high-current darlington transistor array. The device contains seven darlington transistors with common emitters and clamp diodes for inductive loads. The ULN2004A is designed to operate with TTL and CMOS logic-level inputs and has an output current rating of 500mA per channel.
